Dominion Vision allows its users to pre-screen customers directly within the system.
Dominion Vision™ CRM sends credit applications via text message.
October 30, 2018 – Norfolk, Va. – Dominion Vision™ CRM, powered by CRMSuite, has broadened its integration with 700Credit, the industry’s leading provider of credit reports, compliance products and prescreen services. Dominion Vision is the one and only CRM on the market that allows its users to prescreen customers directly through the CRM. Dominion Vision users can now access seamless credit features from within the system.
The primary benefit of this integration is to centralize data in one location so that dealers and users only need a single interface from which to pull credit. Additionally, the integration ensures the Red Flag, OFAC, Adverse Action and RBPN compliance that dealers are required to maintain. The partnership supports all three credit bureaus, all report formats and scores.
“We are constantly looking for ways to improve the user experience within our technology. By offering a complete integration for running credit and pre-screens, we are decreasing the time it takes for a dealer to deliver a vehicle to a buyer,” says Derrick Disterhaft, Director of Dealer Services for Vision CRM.
“Some of the legacy CRM’s have tweaked and updated what they can do, but they are still built on technology and coding from 10 years ago or more,” says Marc McGurren. “I am excited to see how Dominion Vision CRM will shake out into the market.” McGurren is one of the leading independent sales process consultants in the automotive industry.
Dominion Vision CRM, powered by CRMSuite, is one of the newest CRMs on the market and has over 17,000 users with approximately 100 being added weekly the company reports.
“Utilizing soft pulls within the CRM allows dealers to provide the consumer a more accurate payment quote at the beginning of the sales process. With the credit report and compliance module, dealers can enable a more efficient work flow and therefore speed up the time it takes to complete the sale,” said Ken Hill, Managing Director of 700Credit.
Soft credit pulls are becoming extremely popular in U.S. dealerships because of the amount of information they provide in advance of running the full credit app. Helpful data points include a live FICO score, available revolving credit, other auto inquiries in the last 30 days and summary of auto trade lines. With this information, dealers can qualify and prioritize inbound calls and internet leads, qualify showroom floor traffic, and better identify and encourage potential trades. From the start, dealers are able to match consumers with vehicles with a payment suitable to them and notify customers that they are qualified before arriving at the finance office.
The integration offers the same process inside the CRM. This entails a secure credit app sent from the system to the customer with pre-populated data. The customer then completes the application and the data is pushed to 700Credit then sent back into Dominion Vision.
The integration allows for a better customer experience and avoids duplicate leads from credit applications done through the dealer website. In addition, dealers can text and email the credit application out of Dominion Vision, allowing the customer to complete the application via mobile or desktop.
