AVV launches redesign of its automotive website, AVV.com

WESTERVILLE, Ohio, July 12, 2010 - AVV, the leading independent lead management tool for
automotive dealers, and a division of Dominion Dealer Solutions, has re-launched its website,
www.AVV.com, with a new design and several enhancements. Among the significant changes, the
new site incorporates more visual imagery for each product, including product videos and larger
screenshots for feature details, as well as product detail for all three products: Web Control,
WebResponse and WebTalk.

application enhancements we have recently launched within the product. We hope that our new

The new www.AVV.com links directly to AVV’s application, Web Control, through a Dealer Login on the
homepage. Customers continue to manage their leads in Web Control and access WebReponse emails
with the same login and password. Both www.AVV.com and AVV Web Control are now linked. Future
product updates and company information will be found on www.AVV.com as well as through AVV’s
Facebook and Twitter integration and on the new AVV blog.

The site also incorporates an OEM Certified Partners section for dealers to research specifics about
each of its thirteen certifications and brand partnerships. Certifications are a large focus of
www.AVV.com’s new Certified Consultants section. AVV has consultants nationwide who are certified
in AVV’s products and services and recommend them to dealers as applicable.

Potential customers can find sample training videos in the Support section, along with frequently asked
